SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY – ALUPALUPA

At Alupalupa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s a clear and transparent explanation of how our processes work, in compliance with European Union regulations.

1. SHIPPING

  • Delivery times: Orders are processed within 24 hours, and the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 days.
  • Shipping costs: Shipping is free on all orders.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

How do I return an item?

  1. Write to us at info@alupalupa.com and include your order number.
  2. Prepare the package: The product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all labels and in its original packaging.
  3. Please send the package to our address: Suite 2, 260 Main Street, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA
  • Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to our warehouse, unless the product is defective or there has been an error on our part.
  • Refund: Once we have received and inspected the merchandise, we will refund the full amount (including the original standard shipping costs) within 14 days via the same payment method used.

3. SIZE EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange your tracksuit, sneakers, T-shirts, or any other Alupalupa product for a different size:

  • The first size exchange is [free; subsequent exchanges cost €20].
  • You must request it within 14 days of receipt.

4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR SHIPPING ERRORS

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a model you didn't order, Alupalupa will cover all costs associated with pickup and reshipment. You have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

5. EXCEPTIONS

We do not accept returns of:

  • Custom products.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
